Possible 100% mortgage loan financing

For those of you wanting to buy a home and do not have 3.5% down to obtain a mortgage loan. Depending where the home is located, you may be able to obtain 100% mortgage loan through USDA. The USDA will not loan on homes located in city limits, but if you provide the address of the home your interested in, I can tell you if it is eligible for a USDA loan. North Carolina has a hidden gem, located northwest of the Piedmont Triad.

Stone Mountain NC State Park - gorgeous scenery, white-tailed deer, 16 miles of trails, 20 miles of designated trout waters, water falls. Walking (the climb) over the stone mountain can be quite be physical, so be prepared.

The Stone Mountain is not immediately visible upon entering the park that bears its name, but the magnificent 600-foot granite dome is well worth the wait.

Hanging Rock - Less than an hour from Greensboro and Winston-Salem, Hanging Rock is the triad's best nearby hiking getaway. Within its 6000 acres are more than 18 miles of maintained hiking trails that lead to vistas, waterfalls, caves and ridges.

Pilot Mountain - Pilot Mountain is capped by two prominent pinnacles. Big Pinnacle, with walls of bare rock and a rounded top covered by vegetation, rises 1,400 feet above the valley floor, the knob jutting skyward more than 200 feet from its base. Big Pinnacle is connected to Little Pinnacle by a narrow saddle. Visitors have easy access to the top of Little Pinnacle where the view encompasses hundreds of square miles of the Piedmont and the nearby mountains of North Carolina and Virginia.
