The rooms are partially furnished with a built in desk and a platform bed with built-in drawers. The bed frame is big enough for a queen size mattress. Nice patio for grilling and hanging out. Plenty of guest parking. The apartment complex clubhouse has a swimming pool, tanning bed and pool table. The pool is in front of this apartment, very convenient! There are 3 male roommates currently living in the apartment who are quite and easy to get along with. No pets are allowed. Shuttle runs to North Carolina State University campus every 30 minutes on week days, NCSU campus is about 10 minutes away. If you want to see the apartment let me know at least 3 hours in advance.
